It is very important to me that your order arrives quickly, reliably and safely. Below you will find all the important information about shipping, delivery and returns.
Shipping costs
The shipping costs depend on the country of delivery and the order value.
Germany
Orders under 50,00 €: 6,00 € shipping costs
From 50,00 € free shipping
Austria
Flat rate 12,00 € shipping costs
Switzerland
Flat rate € 16.00 shipping costs
Please note that additional customs duties, taxes or fees may be incurred for deliveries to Switzerland,
which are to be borne by you.
All prices are inclusive of VAT, where applicable.
Shipping method
Shipping is carried out exclusively by DHL to the delivery address you have provided. Delivery to packing stations is possible, provided you enter the correct details.
Delivery time
Unless otherwise specified for the respective product, shipment will be made within the following time periods:
- Germany: 2-5 working days
- Austria and Switzerland: 2-7 working days
The delivery time for payment in advance begins on the day after the payment order is issued to your bank, for all other payment methods on the day after the contract is concluded.
There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
Partial deliveries
If an item is not immediately available, I reserve the right to send your order in several partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for you. You will not incur any additional shipping costs.
Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
You bear the costs of returning the goods yourself.
In this case, please take care to pack the goods carefully.
Please return the goods unused and in the original packaging if possible. You can find further information in my revocation policy.
Notes on delivery
Please check your delivery immediately upon receipt for completeness and possible transport damage. You should report any obvious damage to the deliverer as soon as possible.
